I.AM.awakening
This tool includes 13 alarms to wake you up in the morning. These alarms were composed by a variety of artists from all over the globe, like Martijn Garritsen and Maejor. Our wake-up sounds are tuned to and around the frequency of 432Hz. This will make your body resonate to your natural state. Let our wake-up sounds nourish every cell of your body with love and let the positive waves of the sounds flow through you after a night sleep.
I.AM.meditating
This tool includes ten meditations to do in bed first thing in the morning when you are still waking up. With these meditations you set your intention for the day. You can schedule your favorite meditation when you go to bed the night before. You can vary from 3, 5 or 7 minutes and choose between male or female guidance. As background sounds we offer calming music tuned to 432Hz, the relaxing waves of the sea or the early morning birds. No sound? Click on ‘silent’.

I.AM.grateful
When you are grateful, you shift from a space of lack and need, to a space of joy and abundance. The more grateful you are, the more grace you will attract in your life. You can use this tool to write your blessings every new morning. It is also important to write down why you are grateful for the blessing you wrote, because this will enhance the feeling of gratitude. You may qualify and store some blessings as your favorites by clicking on the heart icon.
I.AM.manifesting
Your thoughts create your reality. If you can dream it, you can create it. This manifestation tool invites you to move beyond your daydreams and into reality. Write down your desires, describe them as detailed as possible and imagine your desires are manifested already. You can choose your favorite desires by clicking on the heart icon and read and imagine them every morning.
I.AM.affirming
An affirmation is a positive sentence to re-program your unconscious mind. By repeating an affirmation over and over again, your unconscious mind will start to see this as reality. Choose your own affirmation, one that feels good to you, such as: I am healthy, I am worthy, all the money I need in my life, is flowing to me. Then choose how often you want this affirmation to pop up on your screen. Use this affirmation as often and as long as you wish. You may even choose to apply a few affirmations at the same time.
I.AM.cards
Let these cards inspire you for this new day. Upon opening this feature, cards will appear on your screen. Shake the cards by shaking your phone as long as it feels good to you. Now draw one card by clicking on it. The card will turn and show its personal message for you today. If you like to be reminded to this card during your day, click on ‘remind me of this card’ and set your own schedule.
